A very sad imad but also so very beautiful.
Lisl: Parts of our country are suffering very badly from flooding this autumn, Michael, thank you
still beautiful despite the situation. if the most distressed being is that bench, then it is not too bad, Lisl!
Lisl: Further North, hundreds of people were evacuated from their homes, and are only just returning

Lisl: Thank you, Ray
Magnifiques couleurs malgré l'inondation.
Lisl: They seemed to shine out even on what was a dull day, Martine
Que c'est beau !
Quelle belle image !
Je suis aux anges quand je vois une telle image !

Mais, je ne suis pas sur que tout le monde soit aussi enthousiaste que moi...
Lisl: Thank you so much for your very kind comment - perhaps good to look at, but not nice to live through it
Oh my.... but a gorgeous image... well seen and photographed!
Lisl: Thank you very much, Elizabeth. Surprisingly - taken on a dull day - not all that far from Bill's
Wonderful photo Lisl. I love colors and reflections of this superb place
Lisl: Thank you very kindly, Marie
Beau et triste à  la fois ...
Lisl: Yes - this was a park, but many houses have been flooded also, Claudine
Oh, Lisl! How can something so tragic be so beautiful! This would actually make a fabulous jigsaw puzzle.
Lisl: Trust you, Ginnie!! Quite a difficult one, the sort you like

How beautiful it looks, although tragic for some people.
Lisl: Yes - here it is just a park, but many are still suffering and will do for weeks trying to dry out and clean up

Oh, I read about the flood in North- England - and then about poor Venice and poor Austria... Nevertheless, it is a beautiful image with all the autumnal reflections.
Lisl: Yes - all those poor people suffering from the flooding. Thank you, Philine
Makes for a fine picture but can bring great misery!
Lisl: Yes it does, and seems to be too regular an occurrence now

A great image with the colours and reflections. I got a bit flambuckled by that bench. With the reflection of the backrest, it looks like the back legs - and then had me thinking the bench had no front legs, leaving a floating impression with me.
Lisl: Thank you, Louis - the bench was partially under water - a picture taken in the recent floods in the Midlands

Wow! The colours and the reflections are stunning.
Lisl: Even on such a dull day they stood out waiting for a picture, Andy

So sad, but such a lovely image.
Lisl: Thank you, Anne. Hard for people involved
A terrific image, I like the reflected trees in particular. Our local TV covers Derbyshire and Lincolnshire where the flooding has been awful, especially the latter, one poor young farmers entire farm is under water and, once the waters have gone, which will be a while yet, it will cost him thousands to sort everything out and the land will be unusable for at least a year.
Lisl: It is so very sad for those afflicted, Brian
Resulting in a beautiful image, Lisl!
Lisl: Thank you very much, Tom

la nature retrouve sa place
Lisl: Yes - it doesn't take much for the River Severn to burst its banks
The reflections and colors are lovely, even in the flood. Friendship
Lisl: They called out to my camera, Ruthie

What stunning reflection. The water levels are not good for anyone affected by them but here it makes for a cracking image. I like very much the inclusion of the seat.
Lisl: Thank you for this comment, Alan. I didn't notice the seat initially and it took me a moment to see it was partially under water
Makes an unusual picture, Lis..........I love the autumn colours smile
Lisl: I didn't quite realise at the time how it would come out. It was such a dull day in Worcester

Not such a good place to sit and rest a while at the moment. It still looks pretty though.
Lisl: Not the best time to walk int he park, Cherie!

i'm guessing in greyscale it would take on a very eerie feel
Lisl: Perhaps I should try it, sherri
