A pity but it's a baddie Lisl..
Lisl: Yes, wouldn't be so bad if the seeds didn't float downstream
These flowers look like Himalayan Balsamines but I don't recognize the leaves. Anyway, they're beautiful.
Lisl: This is definitely what they are, Marie
Que c'est joli !!
Lisl: They are, but a menace, Claudine
Can they be deported after Brexit?grin
Lisl: They should have been cleared years ago, Bill

It is beautiful. We also have a lot of very pretty invasive flowers creating havoc.
Lisl: They are such a problem, especially when people find them attractive

Its a shame that foreign species tend to take over from native species.
Lisl: Yes - have you ever seen Japanese Knotweed? I am sure you have
it is a beautiful and bright photo Lisl... weeds are beautiful as well....petersmile
Lisl: I love weeds but not aliens which mug ours!

We have it growing radically in the waterways of our Millennium Green ...not 200 yards away.
Lisl: Unfortunately the seeds travel very happily on water, and these usually grow by water
Many streams and watercourses round here are choked with the wretched plant. I have to admit the flowers are attractive but the plant is an ecological nightmare.
Lisl: It is, Marin - unfortunately there are not enough work parties to try to eradicate it, and it doesn't seem to be taken very seriously by most councils
BeautifulQSomewhat orchid like . I love new flowers like this and Ray’s yesterday.
Lisl: Yes - it's good to see each other's flowers
