Reading the title I expected to see women... smile
Lisl: I thought that might happen, Larry

Really! Well...if they are mothers, Lisl, then where are their frocks and twin sets?
Lisl: Perhaps I should have spelt it "moth-ers", Ray
"Mothers" had me for about ten seconds until I saw what they were looking at. Very clever.
Lisl: Thank you, Michael, for being with it!
Clever title, Lisl! smile And cute photo!
Lisl: Thank you, Elizabeth. I find in this country it is the men who mainly love moths and butterflies

How can these strange men be mothers Lisl?
Lisl: You never know with Natural Historians, Chris

It looks like they are looking at nothing Lisl. Yet your title suggests otherwise.
Lisl: They are absolutely engrossed in identifying moths, Chad. Probably some of the best "moth" brains in the Bristol region

a funny title - yes, this is your nature group!
Lisl: Yes - the Moth Group. In February we have a social event to keep us going when there are no moths about. We meet in a local village hall for a talk, a quiz and some eats
"That's not a moth...it's a ruddy butterfly!"
Lisl: Well - it could be, Bill - I have caught the odd butterfly in my humane moth trap
en pleine réflexion!! amitiés
Lisl: Quite besotted!
they are all squinting, scratching their foreheads or adjusting their glasses - did they not find what they were looking for/expecting, Lisl?
Lisl: More than they had hoped for - just a question of IDing them, Ayush!
Is the large container a trap as well? Excellent photo of the group paying close attention in their hobby/habit.
Lisl: It is - it is called Robinson Trap (with a mercury vapour lamp). My trap is identical. It is quite humane
Great shot of the local Moth Mob smile
Lisl: They really do look like this, Brian, thank you

Lisl: These men are really keen on their moths, Astrid!
