Posh lads like that don't have bodily functions that need attention when they are out strolling, Lisl.

Nicely found and photographed.
Lisl: Like your comment, Ray
Very much so!
Lisl: There was a posh Ladies, too, Elizabeth
Very posh!
Lisl: I had to sneak quietly to take this picture, in case anyone wondered why I was lurking outside the gents, Frank
Greeting everyone who comes to the door!
Lisl: A bit different, eh?

Posh indeed. What a great design and there is no doubt who can enter. (too bad that the designer did not think up a better place for the top screw, easily the designer could have made one of the buttons of the jacket to be the hole and use a civilized screw... but well I always nag about details...)
Lisl: The details are what is important in life, Astrid, and I do agree with you there

It looks like Master Trim to me Lisl, or at least his descendant back in the 17th century
Lisl: In that case, I hope he might make a rare visit today

Oh yes - I hope there is also a fine sign for the ladies!
Lisl: There was indeed, Philine. I will send it to you

Bonjour monsieur que vous semblez élégant et parfaitement à  l'aise dans votre attitude.
Lisl: A rather nice sign for a gents toilet

Oh yes, very grand, just right for the Cotswold hunting and shooting set probably? Some symbols can be quite vague for simple like myself and on several occasions I've been in the wrong one.
Lisl: I don't think you would make a mistake here, Alan. This was in the Wiltshire Cotswolds, so you are spot on, Alan
Clearly not for the common herd
Lisl: Posh prices too!

Only gentlemen with pooches allowed inside. Could result in a lot of noise, when the pooches take a dislike in each other.
Lisl: I can indeed - all our pubs seem to allow pooches
I immediately thought of the same thing as Astrid about design. I know from my glass work that it can sometimes be hard to hide these details.
Lisl: Nowhere on it really lends itself to the screw, Mary
Quite the poshest Gents sign I've seen I think, not mistaking what's behind that door.
Lisl: The ladies lived up to their sign, Brian
belle prise! amitiés
Lisl: Merci bien
Makes one wonder if one is qualified to enter!
Lisl: I think you are posh enough, Tom!
I like his Phillips head medallion...
Lisl: Suppos it had to go somewhere, Larry
